Booking Calendar and Rental Rates for Emmet Lode Five Bedroom Vacation Home
We can give you reasonable rates and friendly service by renting directly from the owner for these great vacation homes and condos in Breckenridge, Colorado. We are close to other Summit County towns and ski areas. They are a short driving distance to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne. Our goal is to offer you rates that are lower than most comparable rental homes. We want to give you discounted rates as compared to other similar accommodations in Summit County. During ski season, the minimum stay is 4 nights except during Holiday time frame. There is a five night minimum for the Holiday time frame. We will rent for less than four nights when booking within 45 days from arrival date.
A one time booking fee of $195.00 is added for the Emmet Lode vacation home. All rates per night and must add 5.775% Summit County/CO Lodging Tax. Four night minimum for summer and ski season with a five night minimum during the "Holiday" time frame unless booking inside 45 days prior to your arrival. There is NO minimum stay for spring and fall. Rates subject to change without notice.

Emmet Lode (5 Bedroom Home)
Cancellation
Policy for Emmet Lode Home: a.
A deposit of $700 is required for us to hold a reservation. (This $700
will also serve as a damage deposit, which will be returned within 30 days of
check-out, providing there are no damages or charges for unauthorized use of the
home.) The total rent, cleaning fees if applicable, and taxes are due 60 days
prior to check-in. If final payment is more than 7 days past due, the
reservation may be cancelled and deposit will not be
refunded.
If a cancellation notice is received prior to final payment,
you will lose your full $700 deposit. b.
If cancellation notice is given less than 60 days prior to check-in date, then
the client forfeits
all rent, cleaning fees and taxes, unless the home is rebooked. (The damage
deposit is refunded.) If the home is rebooked, the amount recovered
is refunded, less the $700 deposit. Reduction
in days rented
(if notice is less than 60 days to check-in) will
not
