We can give you reasonable rates and friendly service by renting directly from the owner for these great vacation condos in Breckenridge, Colorado. We are close to other Summit County towns and ski areas. They are a short driving distance to Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne.

**Low Rates**
Our goal is to offer you rates that are lower than most comparable rental condos. We want to give you discounted rates as compared to other similar accommodations in Summit County.
The Minimum Stay is 4 nights during ski season except when booking less than 30 days from arrival date.
If staying three nights or less, a $70.00 cleaning fee is added for the two bedroom.
All rates per night and must add 10.675% Breckenridge/CO Lodging Tax

a. A deposit of $200 is required for us to hold a reservation. (This $200 will also serve as a damage deposit, which will be returned in two weeks of check-out, providing there are no damages or charges for unauthorized use of the condo.) The total rent, cleaning fees if applicable, and taxes are due 45 days prior to check-in. If final payment is more than 7 days past due, the reservation may be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation notice is received at least 45 days prior to reservation check-in date, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining balance of the deposit will be mailed to your home address. There will be NO refund of deposit on cancellation of rentals of 14 days or longer.
b. If cancellation notice is given less than 45 days prior to check-in date, then the client forfeits all rent, taxes and cleaning fees, unless the condo is re-booked. The amount recovered is refunded, less the $200 deposit. Reduction in days rented (if notice is less than 45 days to check-in) will not be refunded unless the condo is re-booked.
