Booking Calendars for availability and rates for the vacation home at Emmet Lode (View
Manor). (See links below) If you are planning to visit Breckenridge or Summit county in two weeks or less, you may bid for discounts on rent.
Use the "Contact Us" link above to fill out all the information and that you would like to bid for discounted rent. Be sure to state the amount that you would like to bid. For a faster reply, you may also call us at our toll-free number: 1-800-986-4625.
We will take bids on discounted rent ONLY when you are within two weeks or less of your visit.
Caution: The days you wish to reserve may no longer be available if you wait for the bid rent period.
You will still need to pay the taxes of 5.775%
for View Manor.
There will be a one-time fee,
regardless of how many days are
rented. Here are the fees: Emmet Lode (View Manor) is
$195.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for discount, based on our costs of maintenance, homeowner's fees, utilities, etc.
If we reject your bid, we will counter-offer. If we reject your bid, we will counter-offer within 24 hours. You are free to accept or reject our counter-offer.
